Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information by email once the order has shipped.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Eros XOXO is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, Eros XOXO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
